The following are serious side-effects associated with Generic Cefaclor. Immediately contact a medical professional if you experience any of the following conditions:
- easy bruising or bleeding, severe tingling, numbness, pain, muscle weakness; bloody or watery diarrhea; convulsions or seizures; unusual bleeding; jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes); discolored or darker urine, fever, disorientation or weakness; fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms, swollen glands, rash or itching, joint pain, or general ill feeling; increased thirst, loss of appetite, swelling, weight gain, feeling short of breath, urinating less than usual or not at all; or sore throat, and headache with a severe blistering, peeling, and red skin rash.
Less urgent side-effects associated with Cefaclor:
- muscle stiffness or tightness, mild dizziness, dry mouth, unusual taste in the mouth, upset stomach, nausea, mild diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, fatigue, headache, hyperactivity, mild skin rash or itching or the skin, or vaginal discharge.
