Vardenafil

Vardenafil is an ED medication that helps men effectively fight impotence by increasing the flow of blood to genitalia. This, in turn, provides a firmer and longer lasting erection. Activated only through sexual stimulation, Vardenafil will not cause any public embarrassment. Besides ED treatment, Vardenafil can also help with premature ejaculation. Consult your doctor before taking the medication.

Vardenafil should be taken orally an hour before sexual activity. It is not recommended to take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.

Familiarize yourself with the ingredients before taking the medication to make sure none of them will cause an allergic reaction. If you experience any symptoms associated with allergies such as difficulty breathing, hives, swollen tongue etc., stop using the medication and seek urgent medical help.

Common side effects of taking Vardenafil include: headache, skin rash, flushing, nausea, vomiting, pain in the abdomen, bloating and heartburn. Contact your doctor if any of them persist or become bothersome, or if you experience an erection that lasts longer than four hours.

Additional side effects may include: rapid drop of blood pressure, stuffy nose, back pain, diarrhea, upset stomach, warmth or flushes in the upper body, memory problems and changes in color vision. Consult your medical specialist if they persist.

Note that this list does not include all possible side effects. Other side effects might occur depending on individual health conditions.

Speak to your doctor if any of the following conditions apply to you: a history of heart disorders, high or low blood pressure, coronary artery disease, liver disease, kidney disease, heart or blood cell disorder, retina infection, stomach ulcers, retinitis pigmentosa, recommendation against sexual activity due to health problems, or penis deformity.

Do not combine Vardenafil with high-fat food or excessive amounts of alcohol, as they may reduce the effectiveness of the medication. Vardenafil is not intended and thus is not safe for use by women and men under 18.

Vardenafil should not be combined with other ED, nitrate based or antihypertensive medications. Notify your medical specialist if you are already taking quinidine, procainamide, amiodarone, sotalol or another irregular heartbeat medication. Patients are recommended to seek prior medical consult before taking the medication.

If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you have missed.

Vardenafil should be stored between 59°F and 86°F (15°C and 30°C) away from light and moisture, out of reach of children and pets.
